Don't you think this will work?

From Arvind Kejriwal's(Aam Aadmi Party founder) post on his facebook page...Aam Aadmi Party's first public rally at New Delhi's Jantar Mantar today

We had our public rally in Vikas puri assembly area. Nidhi is a class IX student. She has been saving her pocket money for the last two years in a gullak.

Today, she donated all her savings of the last two years to Aam Aadmi Party. She then made a small speech saying that it was not Arvind Kejriwal's fight but everyone's fight. She was donating that money because she wanted to see a corruption free India. She exhorted everyone to participate in this struggle.
People ask us that where will Aam Aadmi Party get funds from. This is the answer!

Don't  you think this will work?

Arvind Kejriwal ki Jai.. I personally wish all who works for nation's development.

Thanks,

Save Tamils Movement (STM) joins anti-Sri Lanka protest in Tamil Nadu

Save Tamils Movement (STM), the Chennai-based forum of young IT professionals has now joined the anti-Sri Lanka protest staged by the student community of Tamil Nadu.
To show solidarity with the warring students of Tamil Nadu, STM prepares to join the anti-Sri Lanka struggle as a part of their objective to addressing the needs of Eelam Tamils.
One of the STM members, Syed Abdulkadhar says that they are planning to launch a train campaign today by distributing pamphlets along Park –Thiruvanmiyur suburban railway route in the city between 6-8 pm today and 7-10 am tomorrow to create awareness of their proposed anti-Sri Lanka agitation this Wednesday amongst their colleagues and  IT circles.
Demanding for an independent international investigation and urging for economic sanctions against Sri Lanka, STM members and volunteers are gearing up to launch anti-Sri Lanka  protest this Wednesday,20th March  at 4 pm in front of Tidel Park in the city.
Previously, to bring to light the horrendous war crimes committed by Sri Lanka during the final stages of ethnic conflict with the tiger rebels, Save Tamils Movement had screened a war crimes documentary titled, ‘Sri Lanka: Buried Justice’ on 13th March, 2013 at the  Constitution Club of India, New Delhi in which documentary film-maker Mohuya Chaudhuri, Prof Anuradha Chenoy and senior journalist Rajesh Sundaram shared their perspective and opinion on the issue.
Save Tamils Movement members Parimala, Pravin Raj and Sa Elangovan along with lawyer Amarnath were in New Delhi for the film screening. The STM representatives at Delhi opined that ‘India does not understand Tamil sentiments.’
Save Tamils Movement is of the firm opinion that only an independent international inquiry into the ethnic killings and atrocious  war crimes of Sri Lanka could be the minimal justice possibly rendered for the Eelam Tamils and that could only pave way for stopping of systematic ethnic cleansing of Tamils, that is continuing even today in the island nation.

Choices are to be made…

Nice article Happy to share…

Made up your mind?

Choices are to be made…

I am one of the many students in the final semester of B.E. After facing many exhausting classes, assignments, exams and results repeatedly for the last three years, now is the time to prepare for the sea of options that awaits us. Most of us just wait for campus placements and settle for them. Those who have written their GRE and applied for MS programme abroad are waiting for calls from universities. Others have written their CAT, results of which came out a few weeks back are mostly lamenting or preparing for the interview.

GATE, TANCET, UPSC and many other exams are there for us to try our luck. There are some who try everything. When we don’t put our heart into these, we accept the result as inevitable forgetting that it was a choice we made. Finally it all comes down to the remaining majority who just don’t know what to do. This is the lot of us who feel insecure about the future. We know that our decisions give shape to it. Now is the perfect time to take the all-important decision, if not already. But I would like to remind my friends that writing exams alone doesn't ensure a bright future. Success is for ourselves to define. We shouldn’t do something because our friends are doing it. If you want to work, work where you want. Quick money in say, IT, can not substitute for doing what you love. Write, paint, sing, cook, talk, critique, create android apps, make short films, self-consciously take a decision and stick to it. Life is yours to control. Don’t let others do it for you. Hope all my friends scale great heights in their lives.
